"The support The Anchor Foundation has provided us with has made a very significant difference to the organisational development of Fischy Music. We have been able to invest in our greatest asset - the musicians that work directly with the children we help.

Anchor has given us the ability to provide a sustained training programme for our sessional musicians. This means that we have been able to develop two new school team leaders and support four other staff and develop them as the demands on them have increased.

In addition, Anchor's support has contributed to the Continuous Professional Development of our Creative Director and Operations Manager - helping them with their songwriting and coaching skills - a key component of the strategic work that they are involved in.
